The system

What happens to every enquiry, start to finish.

From the moment someone gets in touch to the review they leave, and the dashboard that shows what it won you.

How it works

One system that keeps the work coming in.

Every enquiry answered and chased. Every won job turned into a review. Every review helping you up Google, where the next enquiry finds you. Then it goes round again.

Hi, are you free to quote for something next week?

Thanks Sarah, happy to help. Which days suit you?

Step 2 of 5

Chased until they reply

Day 1, 3 and 7, and every quote chased.

  1. Instant replyThanks for the callout request. Can you tell me a bit more about the job and whether it's urgent? I'll get back to you with availability shortly.
  2. Day 1Just checking in, is it still needed? Let me know and I'll get you booked in.
  3. Day 3Still after a hand with this? If it's urgent I can usually get someone out the same day.
  4. Day 7Last message from me. If it's sorted or you've gone with someone else, no worries. I just didn't want your enquiry to get lost.

With a direct link, so it takes them seconds.

96% of people are open to leaving a review. (BrightLocal, 2025)

Your part

  • Check the wording once, before anything goes live
  • Ring back the people who reply
  • Mark a job won when it’s booked

Lumn’s part: everything else

  • Replying to every enquiry
  • Follow-ups and quote chasing
  • Cancelling them when someone replies
  • Review requests after every won job
  • Your dashboard, and a scorecard by email on the 1st

Your dashboard

Know exactly what it won you.

It fills itself in as enquiries arrive. Most days you’ll open it once, to see who to ring back.

Your morning list: everyone who’s replied and is waiting to hear from you, each with a button to ring them.

Dashboard home: a greeting saying two people are waiting, the two customers who replied with buttons to call them, then enquiries, first reply time, booked rate and jobs won with trend lines.
This is example data. Yours starts filling in once you go live.
  • Nothing to type in

Enquiries, replies and follow-ups fill in by themselves. You just tap Won when a job’s booked.

  • No app to download

It opens in your phone’s browser, and you can add it to your home screen.

  • Fine to ignore

Each enquiry is emailed to you too, with links to mark it replied or booked.

It’s also how the guarantee is counted: any job you mark won in your first 60 days, from someone who only replied after a follow-up.

Why Lumn

The usual fixes don’t reply for you at 9pm.

None of these are bad. They just leave the same gap: the hours you’re on a job, when the enquiry comes in.

  • What people try

    “I reply in the evenings.”

By then they’ve usually asked two others, and one of them has already answered.

  • What people try

    Directory auto-replies

Generic, not in your name, and nothing follows up when the customer goes quiet.

  • What people try

    A job-management app

Another thing to learn and keep up with, and it still doesn’t reply for you.

  • What people try

A family member or a VA

Costs more, works set hours, and stops when they’re busy too.

What Lumn does instead

  • Replies from your own email, in your words, within a couple of minutes
  • Follows up on day 1, 3 and 7, and stops the moment they reply
  • I set it all up, so there’s nothing new for you to learn
Try it on yourself

Get set up

Tell me a bit about your business.

What you do and how enquiries reach you now. I’ll get back to you, usually the same day, with how it would work for you and what it would cost.

  • A reply from me, usually the same day
  • A fixed price before any work starts
  • You’ll get the automatic reply yourself straight away, so you can see how it works
Or message me on WhatsApp

Takes about 30 seconds. I read every one myself. How your details are used
